Mullvad Browser comes from the Mullvad VPN company and the Tor Project. It uses Tor Browser's methods for making every user look alike, without sending traffic through the Tor network, so it is faster, and it works with any VPN.
It is made by a company that sells a VPN, and we have not checked how long it will be supported, so Longevity is a 3.
